Holiday Villas Spain is a new internet marketing website advertising private holiday villas in Spain which can be booked direct from the individual owners, which has been built on the experience of the two owners – Robert and Debbie Cooper (unrelated). We are both British, but have relocated to Spain, where we enjoy a more relaxed way of life.

We have many beautiful properties in Spain. However, we do not have access to any more details or availability information about our holiday properties other than that which is on our web sites. We act only as the advertisers – bookings, availability and enquiries are handled directly between our owners and site visitors, and booking enquiries emailed to us are not responded to by the staff at Holiday Villas Spain. The benefits of booking direct from owners is that it keeps the costs down, we do not charge commissions nor take fees of any kind.

However, if the property you have booked is not ‘up to scratch’, or you feel the information advertised on our website is incorrect, we would like to be kept informed, but unfortunately, it is a matter that should be taken up with the owner. We are unable to give refunds on an owners behalf.

Holiday Villas Spain are dedicated to providing a superior service to both owners and site visitors. We will answer all email enquiries within 24 hours, and would also be interested to hear any feedback you may have to offer – good or bad!

About us
Robert came to Spain fresh out of university in the UK where he had completed various programming courses. He initially worked for a rival ‘holiday-rentals’ website, before embarking on this new project where he has written the database for the site

Debbie has also worked for the last four years both in the UK and in Spain for the same employer as Rob, and gained experience in internet marketing, property rentals and customer support. She had previously attended college courses in Web design and promotion which enabled her to build the Holiday Villas Spain website. However, the most valuable knowledge that was acquired was in dealing with customers.

Coral, who worked alongside Debbie, will be dealing with the day to day running of the Holiday Villas Spain website, and answering all customer support issues.

Over the years at their previous employment, customer support was slimmed down, telephone enquiries withdrawn, being replaced by online manuals and FAQ’s. Customer support emails were answered with – ‘please read the manual’. This resulted in loss of business as many people still like the ‘personal touch’.
